Blend of Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Öküzgözü and Petit Verdot. Aged in French oak barrels for 10 months, 14.5 degrees alcohol. It should definitely be transferred to a carafe and served with rested meats.

It is produced from cabernet sauvignon grapes grown in Kirte locality, located on the northern slope of Doluca vineyards in Alçıtepe. It was matured for 8 months in French and American oak barrels. It should be accompanied by rested veal and heavy dishes such as shank and ossobuco, where the meat is cooked on the bone for a long time.

SARAFIN MERITAGE 2019

It is made from 78 percent Cabernet Sauvignon, 10 percent Malbec, 5 percent Cabernet Franc, 5 percent Petit Verdot and 2 percent Merlot grapes from Sarafin vineyards in the Saroz region. Aged in French oak barrels for 8 months, 15 degrees alcohol. Dark burgundy color, matte. Bouquets of leather, ripe red fruits and sweet spices dominate the nose and palate. Rich, deep, complex and long lasting on the palate. Its intense tannins are ripe but still a bit angular. It should definitely be poured into a carafe and sipped within 7-8 years, accompanying rested steaks.
